Answer a few questions about your smile goals and upload 3 clear photos: front-facing, left profile, and right profile. We recommend having someone else take these for you in natural light with a relaxed, neutral expression. This gives Dr. V everything she needs to prepare for your call.

You receive a HIPAA-compliant video link directly to your email. No downloads, no complicated setup, just click the link at your scheduled time. The platform is encrypted, private, and built specifically for medical consultations. Your data is protected at every step.
2. Team Reviews
Our clinical staff reviews your submission in detail, your photos, your concerns, your goals. Within 24 hours (often sooner), you’ll receive a personal email or call from our team to confirm your video appointment time. We’ll work around your schedule, not ours.

What Dr. Veytsman Can and Can't Tell From a Video Call
A video call is enough to find out whether veneers or a smile makeover is right for you. It can’t replace an exam, so Dr. Veytsman finalizes your smile design only after she sees you in person.
On the video call
Dr. V hears your goals and looks at your photos for your face shape, your features, and how many teeth show when you smile and talk. From there, she can talk through your options and a likely plan.

Dr. V checks the health of your teeth and gums, takes X-rays, looks at your bite, and takes the impressions she designs your new smile from. Gum and bone health always comes first, before any cosmetic work.
